  • Remove client access from the leadsheet

Turn off popups and ads on 9/1
Keep leadsheet until further notice 
Keep GHL going until 9/30. On 9/30 turn off zaps going to GHL. Then follow up with me on 10/15 as we many lock them out if they have not moved out yet, we may help them move into another GHL. Do not delete the number or the account until I provide further info.

Please send client a back up of their leads on 9/30

Hey Hector, 

Just to clarify something on Water's Edge Medical. 
At the end of the month, we will keep, we will turn the pop ups off. 
However, the forms will continue to feed and go to High Level for another month.
At the end of the month, at the end of August, we will stop feeding any information into the app and remove them as users, but keep the account active as we want to, help them transfer it. 
And in 15 days or so, please remind me to write an email to Doctor Vita to let them know, hey they have 15 days left on the app and we need to remove them after that. 
Let's keep the, the forms going to the lead sheet but the app will be off and the app will be off. 

The pop ups will be off and that's about it. 
Hopefully I cleared that up.

Got it. I am changing the due date and moving this to the Medstar BC3 folder since it will be a while before we turn them off. I will then archive this client folder.
