Here is my outline for creating modules for CSM training. Please take a look and let me know if there is anything you think I am missing. Once outline is final I will pull from all our existing training docs to create each module and create a slide deck.

Judi  this looks so great! I like the modules and the order of them. As discussed on the call, I think we just need to space them out a little and work on timing of the training. But so well put together. I’m excited!
