SO the thing you overheard me saying in the training that you liked is different from what you are listing above. This section of the training is actually called the

"5 things for Ace-ing Your Secret Shop/ How to Convert a Phone Lead" section and those items are;

1) Get the lead's name and number
-And say your name at the beginning of the call

2) Show excitement and positive enthusiasm about the spa
-list examples of why the spa is #1
-mention how great the providers are
-reassure the lead that they called the best place for that treatment

3) Show knowledge of the treatment
-avoid monotone, science-y speeches
-give the quick, best highlights of the treatment
-explain that more detailed info can be given in the consultation

4) Answer the "Cost Question" in an advantageous way
-say your disclaimer about how a consultation is needed to be able to give an accurate price quote BUT...
-give the lowest price range that makes sense for the treatment
-mention the promos
-mention any available financing

5) Ask to schedule a consultation
-
avoid asking, "Would you like to schedule a consultation?"
-Instead, say something like "We have a free consultation available tomorrow at noon...or would you prefer a morning/Friday/weekend appointment?"

Follow Up:
-Using the "Post-Phone Follow Up" text template send a text to the lead
-Set a "task" in the app to follow up in a few days

1. When answering the phone state your name and the spa and ask the caller's name and number "in case you get disconnected" add this name and number to your system.
