Hi J, please audit the sent folder daily let us know if there is a big influx of spam. Also have Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel delete spam leads from the clients lead sheets. If there are any emails with empty name fields as seen in the video please let Isaac and us know immediately. Here is a video describing it:
