Hi Melissa,
The phone script(s) that we send to clients (coolsculpt and emsculpt) suggest that the client does not talk about pricing but we do now encourage them to give a range. Can you update those scripts?
This request is coming from so I'm tagging her on here if she has any input/direction. Let me know if this is unclear.

we should not be encouraging clients to give a range. We should only be telling people price over the phone if they insist. And never a range. We list the lowest cost only. This is already detailed on the call scripts
and then another section that says "give price"
its confusing
If you give a range the person will only remember the bigger of the two numbers.
When can I listen in on one of these calls you guys are doing?
