Hi Kellie Zelig, Graphic Designer at Medstar Kellie Dijah Lautaha, Writer, Graphic Designer Dijah , since we are moving away from OptinMonster this means that the ideal size of pop-ups needs to be 400px*300px instead of 500px*400px like we have been doing. The designs will be affected a little bit so some elements may need a little adjusting once they are resized. Would prefer you both do this vs me because you are more familiar with working in Canva. 

Will you both please help to prioritize going through all Canva pop-up folders and resizing them to be 400px*300px?

Can you both coordinate together who will be in charge of which folder? Or do you prefer I create a spreadsheet to divide them? This is a higher priority so I am going to set the due date for Wednesday, let us know if you'll need more time.

wait Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa , did Isaac tell you this? Because he said we could use the option size ones. Also, many of the popups in the canva folders we are not using. We're going to have to do this differently. We can't just re-size all of them. Please let me know what Isaac said, because we're using different popup methods for different websites.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa so I imagine that it's for the Elementor + Jupiter theme popups. If so, we can start working with the websites that have the Jupiter + Elementor theme. I already have this list here:

We'll divide the sites between Kellie and Dijah and try to find those popups in Canva and resize them. 

I think it'll be easier if we divide the sites and create tasks for them. Let me know once you take a look at the sheet. Thank you!
