Hi Team, can anyone send me links to a spre spreadsheet that has a list of all of the Medstar roles and tasks. I would like one sheet where we list all of the things that we do from set up tasks on your average client based on service two monthly reoccurring tasks and if you could also send me a sheet of what you do on a reoccurring basis it would help us get a little more organized and get you more support.

It needs to be updated since we have not worked on it in a while.

Hi Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector , we are working on standard operating procedures and trying to streamline operations. Clickminded is just a guide for it. I am trying to figure it out and have everyone's roles more clearly defined. Because of the work load right now, this is on the back burner. I'll keep you posted!

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae will you please create a shared document of what you, Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel Charmae Arcayan, Medstar Charmae Gerlie Hazel Isubal, Medstar Gerlie  - do a on weekly basis and how much time roughly it takes you. I know there is urgent project that come up. We are trying to figure out the best way to accomplish all of our responsibilities. We need to know who best to assign projects to, etc.
