Hi J, we are going to start with Wave invoices first. I have not figured out how to quicbooks yet. Most of the clients we do not have their payment info or permission to automatically bill so we will set them as manual payments.

After we automatically send it on the first of the month we will manually send the invoice as most of these will go into updates and the docs may not see them.

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae - I made a video with some additional adjustments on the sheet and I made mention that in quickbooks if we have the card on file and can use it for automated payments we use sales receipts. If we do not have the card on file we send out our a reoccuring invoice.

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae  - I am not sure if I am writing you this in the right spot but I want to make sure we add the customer names to quickbooks, I sent you a video on how to add the clients from Wave and Freshbooks to quickbooks and how track down the paypal payments and the deposits from Wave and Fresh books and credited away, listing who got paid on the checks. This is not related to setting up reoccuring invoices.
