Yes that is the new writers. Just make sure it doesn't interfere with our zoom meetings- let me know a head of time.

Hey Hector, so I am planning on just running through some of the requirements we have for writing articles and service pages for our clients. 

Could you be in charge of deciding how we should assign and receive the written assignments. 

I am not sure if we want to add them to basecamp.

For now, I have a spread sheet of content orders. And a folder for content from other writers. (CONTENT WRITING)

We can either do basecamp or keep track on a spread sheet. 

Also, have we discussed how we are going to pay these guys?

I'd love a calendar invite via text, google or Basecamp as a heads-up. I did not see this until sorting through Basecamp notifications today. 

Let's get a scheduling system together like calendly- I missed the meeting too. 

How do you guys feel about using the Basecamp calendar feature and inviting each other to meetings/events? If it's a Dr. Chow call it cal go in Dr. Chow's BC folder on her calendar - or - on the main MedStar team page, etc.

yes, Calendly for external scheduling but I'd love an internal scheduling system as well :)
