✔ Setting up To Do's in basecamp with Zapier

We get a lot of client emails and we would like to create to-dos as easy as possible. How would this work? Would we create a label and then reply to the email and then that would add basecamp task?
Or perhaps, it would be better to look into a ticketing system that when an email gets in we can create tickets but I would want to manage them in basecamp unless there is a better option.
You see all the tasks we manage daily, what would you recommend?
Is it OK if I use hi@medsarpatients.com email account to do couple tests for the above as above integration will only work with Business Gmail account with custom domains.

If you haven't looked into it yet. I would recommend to check it out. If you want I can set up integration with this system as well using ZAPIER. Let me know. Thanks.

Not sure how their project management sytem works though plus its expensive. - I'm also not sure on this man as I have not used Hubspot for task management before. If you want. I can go ahead and review it. Let me know. Thanks.
