tell them we have 1 user right now on our hubspot.. could we add more example : support@medstar, whitney@medstar, etc.

Also when we add 2 or more people to the email it often goes to spam.

Is their a plug-in where we can track our emails ( if they are opened) directly from our gmail?

We are worried a lot of our emails are going to spam.

Whitney,
Good morning. Let me open this up right now. I will try and do a chat with them to get a faster response.

I just created you as a user and they should have sent you an invite.
Please check to see if it went through. If so, let me know if you want me to add Melissa or someone else as well.
I went ahead and opened 2 other separate tickets for the other issues you mentioned. I used my email so they can contact me directly. I will let you know once I hear anything in case they ask me questions about either issue

I think they write back on hubspot itself..

I'm worried about using hubspot mainmly because of adding 2 or more people to an email ( which we do all the time) wondering if they plugin on gmail would work better. I hope we haven't burned the medstar name

There is an extension for Gmail to log and track your emails from HubSpot. Lets first make sure that you have installed the Chrome email extension. You can see how to do this in this article here. Once installed, go into your Log and Track settings and selected Log and Track. Once those are selected your emails will be logged into HubSpot and email opens and clicks will be tracked. You can set those settings by following this article.

In regards to this issue =  I have noticed that whenever we add more than 2 users to emails we send, they often end up in SPAM or marked as SPAM. Can you please tell me why this is happening?

I just got this response =
Just to make sure I have a proper understanding, are you referring to emails being sent through the contact record in the CRM or through Gmail?
If that is the case, would you please be able to send over screenshots of examples where this has been happening if possible? This would be super helpful.

---
Please send any screenshots to me or add more detail to the initial problem so I can reply to them. Thanks

I can't because it's in the client's spam folder. WE did send a blast out a couple months ago- about 200 contacts ( only like 2 opened) - we noticed when we sent it one by one it had a MUCH higher open rate.

Got it. I just sent them that reply you wrote to see what they tell me.
Did you try the other 2 fixes I suggested? One, I added you as admin or as an extra user on Hubspot - check your email for verification and creating your own password.
Second, the video to adding the extension to Google Chrome to track your Hubspot emails.

whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com , here is their response =

"I see. Did you send the original email blast through our Marketing Email tool? Or was it sent in a different fashion?

I just want to make sure I have a proper understanding before proceeding. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely
Justin"

for example when i send one of our templates to 3 people on an email.. they say it's in spam.

so i've been copy & pasting my templates into my gmail. However, some say it's also in their spam box. Wondering if there is a CRM extention through hubspot to make sure my emails are being open through my gmail account ( that is also linked to hubspot)

whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com , here is their latest response.

In regard to your sales emails being delivered to spam folders, it is hard for us to determine the exact reason this could be happening, as your email server (Gmail) is actually sending the emails and people can have different security precautions within their inboxes.

What I would say in terms of best practice, is I would recommend sending emails to one individual at a time when possible. The reason for this is that it is a more direct form of communication and can make your emails seem more legitimate when arriving at different email servers. If you wanted to track when your emails are actually being opened, I recommend utilizing our HubSpot Chrome Extension to monitor this.

This can give you an idea of who is receiving and opening your emails vs. who is not. However, please let me know if you are already doing this and you're looking to accomplish something else."
