I want to send this to J, and have her fill it out ( or give to her VA) Ideas: CallRail x1 week- calls coming in Y or N, Call rail #s are correct on site. Lead Sheets x1 week - Leads coming in Y or N, time/date, etc. working? Correct Emails shared? Zaps x1 week: Zaps turned on and firing Google Ads 1x a week- What are the notifications?
Website Speed 1x a month- Which clients pages are over 4.5 seconds Forms- 1x a month or as needed, test: confirmation email, lead sheet properly recording, button speed, confirmation page Complete Website audit 1x a month- no 404's, format & graphics look good, etc.
