Can you please make sure all our clients are added to hubspot. I only see about 40 and we should have close to 60. I want you to also include the non active ones.

All clients will have the Company property marked as Lifecycle State : Customer
Active Clients will have Customer Activity Status: Active
Inactive Clients will have Customer Activity Status: Inactive

Hi Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae - I updated all the companies. Now we just need to assign all the contacts to each individual company. Most of these are the emails we send out lists to. 

I have also added a field to each contact entitled 

Contact Notification Type 

Please check the following boxes for all contacts you add:

Executive Decisions
Reports 
Lead Notifications
