I added a new field called "Representative Referral Status" - I want you to go through my last email and add anyone who sent me a client as 
"Introduction Active" if it happened in the last six months. 
"Inactive" if it was longer than six months ago. 
"Connected" - if we have spoken via email
"No Contact" if we have never spoken

There will be some new reps you will find in my email that you will need to add to the list. 

Also, put the Rep Intro Client Latest Date - as the last date they did an intro to someone. You can find this under the Allergan tab under contacts
