There are two tasks, one to load the clients in Hubspot, have you completed that, the other two fill out the spreadsheet CS allegan spreadsheet. I sent you a video on it awhile ago prepare the spreadsheet and I will handle the upload into hubspot.
Hi J, Awesome job on the Allergan tab could you search Linkedin for more. I added a company column so you can mark the ones that are not Allergan with another company name.
Could you go through Linkedin and try to find people other people that work there that would be relevant to help us and anyone who is not listed on the spreadsheet
Here are some of the roles:
Regional Practice Manager at Allergan or Zeltiq Practice Development Manager at Allergan or Zeltiq
Also could you add their Linkedin Profile Id's to a column as well to all the ones I am not not connected with.
Also there are people I am connected with on Linkedin that are not on my on the spreadsheet like this:
I have updated the Allergan tab and added some names on it and I will add more Sir.

Hi J - when you get a chance there a few Allergan reps that do not have the new email listed. Of course, we have to guess this email based on their last name. Also have you had a chance to add additional names to the list yet? Meaning were you able to find any additional people with the job titles we were targeting?

Whitney, can you mark any Allergan reps in Hubspot as added to Hubspot on the sheet. Also if there are allergan reps listed in Hubspot but not on the spreadsheet please add them to the allergan reps spreadsheet.

1. Can you also try to find the date that the Allergan reps listed under Rep Referral Status as "Intro Active" or "Inactive sent" me an introduction to a client via email. You can search their email address in mediapong@gmail.com and medstar and see when the last day was. Place the date in the "Latest Introduction Date"
Also Whitney and J, I added a new way to track the status of the rep and their relationship with us.
Rep Intro Status
Intro - Active : actively sending clients
Intro - Inactive : Has not introduced clients in last three months
No Contact : No contact attempts have been made
Connected: communicated back and forth via email, phone or Linkedin
Attempted Contact - Email : sent email on mail
Attempted Contact - LinkedIN : send message on Linkedin
Attempted Contact - Email + LinkedIN : sent message on Email + Linkedin
Some of them may be listed as an Intro-Active or Intro Inactive and never sent us a client but there is email communication back and forth.
Mark those Connected. There is a difference between a rep who knows about us "connected" and a rep who is sending us clients.
If a rep has sent us a client in the last three months they are Intro-Active if it has been more than six months it will be intro-inactive.
2. I added a Job title that is where you will list their job title shown on Linkedin. You should be able to find this in the Full Name Tab.
J - getting as many Allergan names, titles, etc. is the top priority once finished you can move to the Co-Op reports and then we need to do monthly reports.

Sir, after the Allergan names is the Provider Locator and the last is the co-op. is that correct Sir?

Actually, move on to the Co-Op next - after you finish the Co-Op we need to do monthly reports. We will have to see if Raven reports properly shows the Conversion Goals in Analytics so we can report on how many leads they got. Once done with the monthly report you can move back to the Allergan list.

Hi J- I made a video. Once you find new Practice Development Managers or Regional Practice Managers on Allergan I would like you to add them to sheet as well as create a contact in Hubspot.
Also please request a connection with all the people I am listed as not connected with on the sheet.
