Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel - I think I assigned something like this before, perhaps Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector can you help recall this. However, I want to update the services we offer in Hubspot under Medstar Services dropdown. Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae could help you with this as she has access to the invoices. If we built a website for a client or are running ads or doing SEO I want to mark it off. You can find an active list of our clients here. Also do it for the inactive clients. Since you make the reports you will have a good idea of who is running Google Ads, Facebook ads, just Google ADS. Keep in mind that many of the clients have paused their campaigns recently but I will want you to mark off who is running or was running what. In the spreadsheet I there is a Column which indicates which services are being provided.  I may be incorrect on some of it so do your best and let me know which ones seem to be off or you have quetions on

sir Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - done updating the list of active clients on Hubspot and the services we provide them. I also made a filter "Clients - Inactive" for all inactive clients listed from the Inactive tab.

few notes:

Monarch Health - not on the inactive list but marked as inactive on Hubspot
NuWays MD and Skinney Medspa - not on active list but marked as active on Hubspot
Avahlee or Bold Body - already on the Hubspot active client but not on the active client list

Monarch is Active and should be marked as active on Hubspot. 
NuWays should be on active list on Hubspot as well. 
I leave Skinney up to Chris since he deals with them directly and may have a reason for doing so. 
Bold Body should be on the active client list.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  - Yes, we have Monarch Aesthetic on the active list. Originally Monarch Health is on the "Clients - Active list" as well as Monarch Aesthetic. But I just added it to the inactive list I'm waiting for sir Chris to decide what to do with double entries. Monarch Health I think is the before name of Monarch Aesthetic.

Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel  - look how hubspot suggestes to combine double enteries I would combine it with the one that has the most information or store it as a child company or something, I only want one company listed in the list through (active or inactive)

Merging duplicate contacts or companies requires talking to a salesperson via call or meeting. Or they require a plan upgrade? Screenshots below:
