Let's set it up and get it moving. 

Hector  - let's order some SEO links from FAT JOE for all our SEO clients starting Q4. I think we could make the list on excel sheet and then have the team in the Philippines do the order.

So I am going to begin preparing the list of all the clients we need to do. It doesn't take me that long to place the orders. The team in the Philippines can add the links, and other info to prepare for the report. Thoughts??

Can you please verify that every SEO client on the Weekly Client CS Reports is checked off? (Under Medstar Notes) 
I want to make sure I am not missing anyone. 
I have my own off line SEO client list but it is continually changing. So we should create one separately that we update. 
These Fat joe links are expensive so I want to be sure we are adding only those who are paying for SEO work. 

Yes. Prepare a SEO link report on a new tab of the weekly client reports and add all of the seo clients and then put the landing page and a focus keyword. I will have you make a video doing it and then we can send it to PH team 

I am doing that now. However, I need whitney.zelig@gmail.com to verify these SEO client list. In case I am missing anyone. Or if there's someone there who should not be on it. Whitney - new tab on Weekly Client CS reports called SEO Link Reports please check it and let me know.

Hector - I updated the report. whitney.zelig@gmail.com  - please update it too. Let's get a canned paragraph so we can tell Fat Joe what to write. We also need to make sure they do not use multiple links in one article. Meaning I do not want one for edelman and then another for another cs article in the same page.

Those clients left us and I never got around to removing them. 
On Fat Joe, I noticed that they are using links to other of their clients in the article we paid for. I thought this was supposed to be exclusive to us with the money they are charging?

On the multiple links, do you mean that they use different client of ours in the same article?
