Hi Team,
We are hiring someone specifically to do secret shops.
Meaning our staff members would fill out a lead form on their website, they would wait to see if they are called, emailed, and texted and how often. They then would call the client and record the call. I would prefer they do not do all of this from their personal phone. I would like a system we could use.
I would like them to work out of one system where they can be assigned the leads to the secret shop. I would like to be able to record the outgoing calls that they make to the client in Highlevel. We need to make sure we can have call recording enabled. I would like to create several different phone numbers that they can make calls from so they can use at different times. Obviously, any incoming text messages would be added to high-level. The numbers they call us from would probably be their office number and they would probably text from their Highlevel number

Also, we need to setup two emails to monitor if they are receiving emails. What emails can we integrate with high-level. Could we do a yahoo.com email?

Yes, it's possible. I just tested it with my phone number and it worked.
Chris, the only thing about this is that after a while, the numbers will need to be changed. We will only be able to secret shop a client once with the number.
This is why I have about 8 different phone numbers for this.

Also, when someone is inside a lead / record and clicks the call button how can we have the call populate the company/contact record that you are in, it is like you have to manually do it.
Can you help me set up some yahoo addresses? We want to come up with a few user personas that will do the secret shop. Try to find a yahoo address that will be similar. We also need to create users under this name based on the these on these aliases. I want them to have limited access to the account meaning they cannot edit certain things send out text blasts, mess with campaigns etc.

For the Yahoo email addresses. We need two separate phone numbers for registration purposes.

This is one major detail I was not aware of. I am not sure if you can create aliases under Yahoo like you can do with Mail.com suite.
On the other hand, if we want the email to macth the secret shopper's name, that is not good. For one, we need to change the secret shopper name all the time. You can only use it one time per customer. Most spas save your email.
BTW, if these email addresses are only going to be used for nothing else other than creating bogus leads, then why use @yahoo.com mail?

If that is the case, then on Mail.com, you are able to create one account and then add about 8 different aliases under main one. I used the emails for secret shops all the time.

I'm on the Secret Shop account on high level on the Settings/Team Management tab.
Can we have caller id so that if someone calls in we can see who it is?

Only when they submit a popup or static form on client's website they will get added to their pipeline and in this case whatever name they input in the name field on the form will appear in the pipeline.

I had alias emails I used when I filled out the forms during the secret shop. I would then write down if the clients ever emailed us back afterwards. The only way I was able to tell is by filling out the forms.
I am using those emails for different tasks and other things now.
You can easily create your own and have access to them.

This service is great because you can create ONE email and then about 8 aliases under that one account.
