I want to use a tool to view visitor website sessions. I would like to see which plan would work the best overall features, not slow down the site, etc. Also which service will allow us to use this on multiple websites?

Sounds like a plan and will wait on Isaac to provide his expert feed back. 
We know that Google Analytics & webmasters tools provide this kind of info. But that is only glimpses of visitor activity.

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris   - I reviewed all 3 services last night.

1) If we will be doing A/B testing than HOTJAR is out of option here. As they don't provide this service. I couldn't find any other major differences other than difference in UX.

2) All the plans that you see on their pricing pages on all three services are for single websites.

3) All these services provide asynchronous JS code to integrate the site with their system so it wouldn't slow down the website more than couple ms.

I want to use a tool to view visitor website sessions.  - For this purpose. Considering overall features UX, price etc. I think we can go with Hotjar.

Say if we do A/B testing. We can look into Google optimize - https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/optimize/
