I want to add this to the templates as a canned response/email - with a place where I can put their login info. Maybe hector is the best one for this job since he knows what call rail is.

I changed your number on your website. This is called call tracking via call rail. Don't worry it still routes to your office. This is crucial to running successful campaigns- because 1. we can track how many calls are being placed from google ads 2. We can listen to how well your staff is answering questions & scheduling consultations. We then offer detailed reports and offer helpful feedback. 

Please let your staff know they are being recorded, and "big sister" is listening. Lol. You can also login and listen to the calls yourself. This complimentary service we provide is truly a game-changer for all our clients. If you have any concerns, please let me know.

That sounds about right. 
I would make some changes as far as "I changed your number." We can put "Callrail app will now change your number accordingly......" or something along those lines.
The number changing in the website is only done depending on the area and how you are login in. You also always see the original number and then the Callrail one shows up or takes over. 
I will make some edits and then you let you see it so you can tell me what you think and offer some input and feedback.
