This is usually how my flow goes of front desk training

1- Lead Follow Up
( attached is lead protocol)

2- If they don't have a texting service- I suggest google voice. and help them set it up.

3- Go over most important questions
a. price
b. does it hurt
c.  how long is the downtime

4- sales tips
a. personal experience
b. suggestive consultations " can you come in at AM time on X or PM time on X 
c. explain spa's expertise and how they are lowest price in town that allergan will let them go
d. get callers name and number at begining of call
e. reduce hold times
f. train whole staff on how to answer questions
g. 3 email automation

5. reduce no shows
a. text reminders
b. incentive " come on time for consultation and get 100 off of additional service
c. ask them their favorite drink at starbucks
