Start with a service page on WEB DEVELOPMENT.

Research what other marketing firms are doing. 

I am embarrassed of our website. It should be better ( more content, more videos, more case studies, etc.)

Add this to Clients at a Glance, I want to see progress on it each week.

Good morning team.
So..... honestly... I actually thought Vania J, Medstar Vania had a baby!! 🤷‍♂️ but then I gathered Whitney was being facetious. 😊

I totally agree with you on this... In fact, I think our website should be more impressive.... The new ones we are doing for clients look far better. 
I found some really nice sites from companies doing marketing and theirs looks impressive. 
But for now, we can and should concentrate on content. 
So does this make me the Godfather to the baby?
