I was about to do one of these myself since I thought you may have been too busy. In any event, here are the leads confirmations.

Hey Hector , both locations responded with the same e-mails 4 days after I submitted the leads. No welcoming e-mails were sent. These were the e-mails sent from both locations:

Liz from the Plymouth meeting location called me the day after I entered the lead at 10:59 AM (EST) and she followed up the next day at 3:58 PM (EST), leaving voicemails both times. This location sent one text immediately but never sent any follow-up text messages.

The Exton location called me one time the same day (about 30 minutes after receiving the lead) and left me a voicemail. No follow-up phone calls were made. One text message was sent immediately, but no follow-up text messages were sent.

Should I write reports for these secret shops? If so, I will write two separate ones, correct? Thanks Hector  !
