I went ahead and created new Google ads account for this client - 
531-363-0619 Mi Bella Aesthetics

Also added CC information for billing. 

Logged into Chris account, sent invite and added Chris as Manager. 
Will link to Google analytics account next. 
But now we have a problem. 
Account has been suspended due to suspicious activity with their Credit card.

I figured this all out.
Communicated with Emily, got on the phone with her and instructed her on how to add Chris account and link it. We now have access to original account. Deleted one I created, updated all sheets. We are good to go.
