Mi Bella's GHL is not working. There are several issues like
-no leads in the opportunities board
-no outgoing text messages on new leads
-no recording of the url that the lead come in from

we discovered this during Elizabeth's secret shop!
I see that in July there was an update to GHL. task here: Re: Update Tracking to GHL - Mi Bella Aesthetics - www.mibellacle.com - NR

Was this account shut off and I just can't find documentation for it?

Hi Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol ​ - It's because I think we moved the campaign in this client sub-account to draft a couple of months back. I think the reason was outstanding payment.

Can you please create a report that finalizes your secret shop and include "We highly recommend that you use a text messaging application for your leads." and "We can get your Medstar App up and running and your staff trained in time for Fall promotions." etc.
