-reviewed secret shop which was not great.
-set up mtg with Kim for next Tues to set up auto texts and review how to use the pipeline
-discussed ad performance. Leads are there. Follow up with leads is costing them ROI.
-CZ pitched adding SEO because there is no organic movement. They aren't organically ranking for terms.
-their SEO company is only working the medical treatments (functional medicine) like hormones not the medspa side.
-Bernie asked us to send over an SEO proposal
-BD asked what the parameters are for a call conversion. Ie. call is over 2-5mins?
-adjusting this has brought back the cost of conversions because it teaches google to get them leads with behavior patterns of longer calls.
-CZ says first the systems need to be cleaned up and in place
