Breakdown
-19 coolsculpting,
-5 emsculpt,
-16 pure radiance (filler or PRP)
-1 hydrafacial (most people book the appt but dont do a consult)
REVENUE:
$60,200 total :
-6000 in revenue for hydrafacial (spent approx 1k on ads)
-about 26,000 in revenue for Neo (spent 3100 on ads)
-Botox 7000 in revenue (150 leads in August, 1500 spent on ads)
-Filler 21k (1500 spend) <--increase budget to 2k
-CoolSculpting $2200
-CZ suggested on pulling hydrafacial budget BUT they're doing well with it so it stays.
-Zach asked if we should increase hydrafacial or advertise microneedling.
-What can we do to improve the return on Botox?
-they think they could do better sending follow-up texts
-SETUP AUTOMATED 2nd and 3rd texts <---Vania
-Chris asked them to send videos of them treating someone with Emsculpt Neo. Chris will send them links to Ivonne's video at Skinney. Will send us over 2 or 3. CZ told them to shoot the video portrait.
They want to start a Kybella campaign. With the plan to convert those consults into CS.
-build out a page, generic content, create ads, budget $750
-right now they only email out the promotions. We suggested also texting. We could do it for them but their system could do it cheaper. They're going to see if they can do that in Relation, their system.
