Here is the Call Rail audit report on New Beauty Wellness for the month of August.
This was the first time we ever CallRail audited them. I also attached the Secret Shopper Leads test results to the bottom of the report to merge them as one.
New Beauty Wellness has an astounding call to appointment ratio. For every 2 calls to the spa, they set up a consultation or an appointment which is mind blowing.
Please let me know if you have any questions or input on these reports and their outcomes.
I will bold out the important things next time. This was the first time I used this format of combining both reports into one.
