 I am not seeing a lead from "anthony" in hi@medstarpatients but then I logged onto their website and saw that the form indeed is going to guestservices@newbeautywellness.com

fyi hector- sometimes the only leads that come from hi@medstarpatients are from the POP-UP forms ( sometimes both gravity forms & pop-ups go out of that email, depends on the client) . Also good way to check if leads are working is look at lead sheets ( if they have one set-up)

BTW, the Word doc file containing the Secret shopper test report is on the notes tab up top just in case you did not see it.

So what happens to the leads we get coming into the Hi@medstarpatients.com account? Do the corresponding spas get a copy? If not, how do they find out about these leads? Who forwards them to each one of them? 
Is it something you need me to do?

You will find the leads in the "sent folder" of hi@medstarpatients.com

for pop ups ( sometimes gravity forms too)

and then you open the sent message and see what emails it was sent to.

Thanks for explaining that. I just wanted to make sure we have a system in place that has all the leads going to the clients right away. Or someone in charge of making sure that they do as they come in.
