Okay so we still have 2 issues.
One, the email is still not working.
Two, I am not seeing the CS side form connected to the lead sheet.
I filled out a form, did not get a message at Hipatients.
I think you still have the other email - second one they provided on the Zap form.

I thought all clients we do marketing for have to have their notifications come through Hi@medstarpatients.com inbox?
How else would we know when their leads are coming in or emails not working?
The client and our team can keep track of the leads using leadsheet.
In case their emails stopped working. We will see an error on hi@medstarpatients.com gmail as we have all leads going out from this address.
I tested and all seems fine now..
