Kamie in the future with these content updates, can we mark in red the sections that need to be deleted? Because I notice that it wasn't marked and some sections were on there twice. Also, when we put in links (such as buttocks) can we make a note in red so we don't forget that we plan to link it to a blog article? Also, when we do link a word can we also write in red (link to page). Can you please make a note to ask the writers to do this when you ask them to write something and link to something else?

Ivonne thanks for that feedback! That is a good idea for future updates. I will just do a strike on the sections I am moving around instead of just moving them and turning red. Thanks so much!

Brittany making sure you saw this video note above from Ivonne on the 30th? If you have, please go ahead and close the task. 

Ivonne I understand what you are saying in the video, but I don't understand the SOP part. I would need to get with Kamie   and see how she is doing these edits and marking changes, and I can just create a sheet for the developers, letting them know what each mark means if that's what you mean. Like underline means there should be a link. If the link isn't in the document, the article hasn't been created yet, so don't worry about linking it. Crossed out means remove. Red means to add or change that content. We can talk more about this in a meeting.

Alyssa per our conversation this morning, I would like to make a template like we did for the other types of pages, for these types of content updates that we're starting to make more frequently. Can you please create a draft so we can go over it?
