Whitney, good morning. Which site are you referring to?

We have 2 GTMs for this client.
One under Nuways Promos - GTM-59M57LK on this site = https://www.nuwaysmd.com

And the other one GTM-T53L6VX on this site 
https://www.promos.nuwaysmd.com


But the first GTM is being used TWICE on both sites.
I am going to have Isaac come in now to fix this.

Isaac Google analytics is not detecting any visitors on either site. 
Could it be because we have the same GTM on both sites?
Shane, can we change the one for PROMOS? 
We have access to another GTM we are not using.

Hector - I think it's because site is not working. I just tried to visit the website and got connection error. If I recall correctly whitney.zelig@gmail.com told me that the site owner is also a developer and he manages the website on his end.

Both sites were working when I was checking them out. 
That still does not explain why the other site is not measuring. 
I am going to send the client an email about this and CC you on it, okay?

 Client provided us access for the Promos site. 
However, he says that it is up and running fine for him. 
On mobile, I am able to see it fine. But when I visit the site on PC, I cannot get a connection. 
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hector - I'm able to access the website on desktop and mobile both. Try checking in incognito mode.

Yes, it is working for me there. 
We still need to figure out what is going on with the GA as it is not recording visitors. 
Will wait from response from client to Chris email just now.
