Numa has not tracked a phone call in 30+ days. Can you make sure the call tracking is working. Test the site. Make sure the number is swtiching, see what it is set to, to trigger the numbers.

They have plenty of calls on Call rail coming in.
I just called them and the lead showed up on CR right away.. Here is a screenshot of their recent activity.

Thanks, I already have their CR account info. 
I added this code 3 days ago I believe. Verified it and it looks good. Java script on Numa GTM matches the one on their account. Published, now live.

Visited Numaspa.com site. Checked to see if numbers are changing. Numbers are changing. (tried 2 different browsers)
Called numbers, both went to the "This call will be recorded for quality assurance" message. 
Verified CallRail calls are being received and recorded for Numa spa.
