Hey hector, 
I know we secret shopped them last week .
They called pretty quickly like 45 min ( quick for our other clients- but that's still not that quickly) Can you call them and ask them questions on Monday? You don't have to fill out another form. 

Can you listen to a few calls? There is not much. Some of them are from me & their developer Adam. Let me know what you think is going on.

Try to pull as much info as you can on call rail ( not many calls)

And then fill out GRAVITY form (right-hand side form) on cs page about a half-hour after they open ( i want to also make sure that gravity form is working- as I can only see the pop-ups from hi@medstar for this client since they have another developer)

BTW, I already found a few calls you can confront him with. One in particular where responding agent CLEARLY LOST THE LEAD!!! CLEARLY!!!!

I am just about done with the audit for them. 
BTW, they never contacted me with the lead I placed in the Gravity form. NO email, text or call of any kind.

I would hate to give them this report just to find out that it was call rail's fault.

Which instance are you referring to? Not call 3? 
Because in her follow up call, I believe she said it was her fault that the phone hung up, or that she disconnected herself.

BTW, I think you should focus more or bring to their attention their antiquated Automated answering system. It is complicated and people keep hanging up. It starts with "If this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911." Callers are the given several prompts. When they choose one, they are then placed on hold again until agent picks up. Then agents put them on hold again in some cases.

I meant the report in general- how the automative system is all screwey. I am wondering if Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris  has discussed this with the doc or adam yet?

Okay, well this is the first time I encountered an automated system this way. Well other than the one for CT SKIN DOC which was quite long.

I was trying to come up with an email that reflects a person who is into Aesthetics. lol. 
Also, one that I can use again with different names. 
This lead was submitted at 11:21 AM.

If i were you I would just use initials like
src567@gmail.com or kms409@gmail.com
so you can use it again and again on clients

Most people who buy coolsculpting never want to admitt they are into altering their appearances, they are normal people just like me & you.

Let me know what they say and then start asking them questions. I would like to email the doc later today because if they aren't getting leads from the gravity form then they are losing money everyday .

1st call.... The phone rang... and rang.. no one picked up.
2nd call... I got through. The following transpired:

2nd call to Nusbaum Medical Centers. 

Automated message, option 1. 

Phone rang..... agent Adam picked up. 

I informed agent that I had filled out a form online and never heard back from them. I also told them I was interested in the Coolsculpting procedure but I had a few questions I needed answers to first. Agent Adam told me that I would need to speak to one of the CS experts to get answers to my questions. When I persisted, he then said he could do his best to answer some of the questions.

I then began asking the following questions:

How safe is the Coolsculpting Procedure? Agent said that it has been FDA approved and it was non-surgical and non-evasive. 

Is the fat that actually removed by Coolsculpting? Adam said every person is different, but the CS specialist would tell me more about it. 

Can you tell me if I am a good candidate without me spending any money? He said absolutely since the consultation is complimentary. They would go over many things like whether or not I am a good candidate. 

What should I expect to pay for Coolsculpting? Agent said it varies; but it can be as low as about $600.oo per applicators. 

How many sessions will I need? Adam said he would have to refer back to the CS specialist since everyone is different. 

Does insurance cover any part of it? He said no since it was a cosmetic procedure. Adam also told me about other options for payments. 

Are there any side effects or downtime? Agent said the risks of side effects would be reviewed in detail with me during the consult. He also said there is some redness, but no downtime. 

How long before I see any results? Adam said everyone is going to be different so their fat cells are different. But the CS expert would be better at giving me a body assessment.

After asking all the questions I told agent I would be sharing information with my girlfriend and see if we set consultation together.

The second lead, I only got through to them because Whitney told me to call them and ask questions. When I asked them if they had received my lead (2nd one) they said yes, we have it here............ So they were sitting on it waiting???
If they are complaining about leads not coming in, they should respond faster to those that do.
