Selena  can you please change the color of the buttons and the background of the gravity form to a more sleek, attention-getting color, instead of the light pink?

Ivonne I added treatment areas image, decreased pink background on gravity form, and changed color of form title.
This is the only microsite with only one gravity form (floating side form) right?
