Alyssa  thank you for letting us know. Isaac has already informed me since I reported an issue with this site. However, we are  not running ads to Google since the account is suspended. We are though, running ads to Facebook. I will inform Shane there for record keeping.

They are creating a new google ad acct under a different gmail address with a brand new payment method. I keep emailing and texting them for this new info. I'll follow up again today and get back to you when I get it. Thanks!

so random question but the card they used...it's linked to a business acct with other cards that have been used before for ads... but this card had a completely different number and name on it. That should be fine, correct?

I do not think that will make a difference.  However, Google and Facebook know everything.... so who knows...

whitney.zelig@gmail.com Shane well, I have bad news. Their "cosmetic consultant" quit and they texted me to pause all marketing. I'm trying to reach out to discuss this more in detail with them but so far haven't heard back. 
Do you think we should at least transfer them to a regular campaign first so that if they hopefully continue with us and unpause their marketing we can at least start from a better place?

I'll just keep building and pause once we get live.

Hector thanks for letting me know. I really appreciate the follow-up. Can you please confirm that all marketing (FB and Google) is paused? They reached out about this and I want to be really sure we aren't spending any more on their cards. They don't even have their cosmetic consultant on staff anymore to take these lead inquiries.
