I believe he did this yesterday after we received an email from the client. He was not too happy about the campaign and leads he was getting. Or lack of leads. But truth be told most clients have dropped this week. All across the board.

Yes, all clients are going to be down right now because we are moving away from the expanded reach keywords that perform so well. The specific client is not getting any leads so getting more restrictive not less it's just going to drive down the number of leads. Like I said I'm worried that we're not on a path to success with this client.

Shane Quast, Medstar Shane  - we gotta get some volume for him so being restrictive might be a necessary thing on some clients. No leads simply wont work but a ton of leads that show searches that aren’t relevant is risky so something in the middle

For Google we have 3 leads month-to-date. Search impression share is only 26%. We're losing 27% search impression share due to budget restrictions.  

Major issues:

1 - The Zip codes the client provided are incredibly restrictive. There is essentially no search volume and nothing I can do unless they let me do what I need to do with geographic targeting. 

2 - Budget is restrictive. 

3 - The landing page has no phone number on it. 

4 - I cannot tell if the popup is working or not.

I added back in the radius targeting but excluded the lower 50% of income. For an emsculpt client, 3 leads / month is about average.

Shane, thanks for the update.
However, this Dr. continues to complain and it is my belief, will likely want to end this campaign. This is what he wrote to us this morning.

Chris - Since starting the new campaign we have had 2 low quality leads.  
One didn't answer text/phone call.
The other had no idea why we were calling and was completely disinterested.

Worst part about this is that this is all happening during the slow turn. Plus, we have elections these last 10 days.. And rise in Covid cases everywhere.. 
Let's wait to see if it picks up..

We created that LP for them.. it is pretty standard, much like the other ones in the past.
Do you have any input on how to make it better? That way we can add that input on to the next client.. and perhaps even edit this one.
