Areas that need improvement = Text came a day later. Only email was sent 8 days later.

Summary: The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from the staff at Optihealth was good. But it also requires some adjustments. They did call the lead 16 minutes later and left a voice mail. However, the first text was not sent until a day later. Also, there were no confirmation email. One was sent 8 days later. So far, no follow up text messages or follow up calls done with the lead.
