Good morning.
I created this call rail account.
But we have an issue with the numbers changing.
Since the GTM is not added to their main site, it is on the
https://go.optihealthinstitutemd.com/ site.
The number is not changing at the top though even though I added the Callrail tag.
Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac is the top number hardcoded?

Because I am seeing the bottom change without any problem. 
Can you please check on this?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Whoever added the content on this website added two separate phone numbers in the header and footer.
 
The numbers are not getting swapped. I'm not seeing any CallRail in the source either.

Can you please share the code here? I will try directly adding it to the source files.

I verified it when I called.
You can see it here. I opened the windows and got different numbers.

Worked on creating a new Callrail account for Opti Health Institute client. Created new Callrail account for them. 
Added team as users and also Dr. Nager. Sent invitation to client to add his own password. 
Individual Client login - User = Dr. Eric Nager 
Email - nagere@yahoo.com  
Password - Email sent to client to create it. 
Updated client and Callrail login spreadsheet. Added tracking numbers, routed calls to 443-707-2202. Added Javascript for tracking to client's GTM. Created container, published and set to live. 
Verified number is changing, but only on the bottom, top appears to be hardcoded. Informed Isaac to look into it. Also called number, tested it, verified calls are being tracked and monitored correctly.
Updated client and other spreadsheets with new Callrail logins info.
