I am having a problem with the forms. Some of the emails are coming back with issues.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - We can't do anything for this on our end unless we have full access to client's office 365 account. We need to ask the client to check the security settings in their account and update it.

So none of those emails are used by any of our forms? I will check Hi@medstar inbox to see if the problem persists. If it does, I will contact the client.

I figured as much Isaac and I mentioned it on an email. But it looks like they have not fixed it. I will reiterate this again now.

No... this client does not respond. 
The emails still coming back as undeliverable. Chris let them know.. they just do not respond. I will bring it up again.

After seeing an issue with this email bouncing, I got a response from Cuyler that agomez@optimumabq.com is no longer with the company. 

I am waiting to verify what other emails - if any - are no longer valid.
