Hi Team, Chris viewed Optimum's Secret Shop report, he would like anything related to the Welcome letter removed from their report. 

Chris is wondering if we need to create a welcome email for Semaglutide? 

If not, we will need to create a separate task to create a welcome email for SemaG leads.

I am trying to find out from Chris and Ivonne if it was sent over to the client. I sent all of your files to them 11 days ago. I am not seeing any emails about this going out from support.

V, so sorry I missed your question last week! I just spoke with Chris and he said he believes he sent the Secret Shop report to Optimum. But, I too, am not seeing the message in his Sent folder. Vania, did Chris tell you that he sent the report at all? I'm can't imagine he sent the report from his personal email. Trying to track this down, sorry for the delay!
