Hello Optimum ABQ Team,

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  Optimum ABQ - Southwest W Oncology 234-814-0819  -.  The verification process needs to be completed by June 6th, or else your ads will have been paused and the account could be suspended permanently. 

The good news is that I have already begun the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of your company. However, we still need to verify your organization or business. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  •  Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account swgynonc@gmail.com   where Google ads has sent instructions. 

You can also send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Since I have extensive experience with verifying these accounts, I can handle it for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting so we can help you take care of it.

I went ahead and changed the name, address and other information on the Google ads account to match that of the documents provided by the client. I also went ahead and submitted them for review. Google ads will let us know in a day or two.
