Pelle's Text Blast pipeline does not automatically send anyone who has replied or called to the lead funnel. Is there any customization that can do this?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol  we don't generally have the lead protocol / auto texts enabled for Text Blast accounts. The idea is that they are actively staying on top of replying to anyone who does the call to action (IE, reply YES to score this special deal). Anyone who replies stop just gets auto-DnD'd. Does Cheryl want auto texts of some sort?

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can we please ensure all responses to a text blast in this account pop up into the "Lead" column? Do we need to have them fill out any sort of form for that or can we just set up a special trigger?
