Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol  did you already test these new pop-ups? Let me know if not. Normally I do that and loop in Isaac if I find any issue after testing.

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa they are just now tested. Both pop-ups show up in the lead sheet and MedStar App HOWEVER, I did not receive the automated text message for the Hydrafacial pop-up to the 3852440908 number I input. 
It is either broken or delayed by more than 10 minutes now. 
Does this require Isaac?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol  no, that wouldn’t necessarily require Isaac. Did you already input that number on the other test? It could be something related to that. I’ll test it and let you know. I’ll also be sure that template is actually created. Thanks for testing! I’ll let you know what I find out for learning sake. 🫶🏻

Alyssa Workman, Medstar Alyssa  no, I use two separate sets of name/email/number for testing. I also delete right after from the app, and double checked that this number (that has yet to get a text) was not already in their contacts.

Ok great, thanks for the intel Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol . Then I would loop in Isaac at that point. However, I tested the pop-up for Hydrafacial and I couldn't replicate the issue. I received successful automation and saw my test in GHL & lead sheet. I'll leave it up to you if you want Isaac to investigate why mine was successful and yours was not. Can you test it again on your end? 
 
I don't know why I said the template wasn't set up before, all services use the same template but the service name changes.
