Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac   please expand the General and Coolsculpting campaigns to include an automatic email at 0 minutes after a form fill. The email template has been added to the sub-account along with a 2nd attempt-General campaign-all services template. Can we add this text to the General Campaign as well? To go out at 24 hours later, 1pm?

Also, please expand the Coolsculpting campaign to include the 2nd attempt-coolsculpting campaign text template. Thanks!

Vania J, Medstar Vania - It seems someone already beat me to it as I'm already seeing it added in both the campaigns. In one of the campaigns, this text had the timing misconfiguration though which I have fixed now. 

Also just so that you know on all other client accounts, we have the third text go out after 3 days.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac oh yes! I did it when I was on the call with her. I forgot about that.
 
We actually changed it on the new accounts to go out 48 hours after. Because 3 days later was actually a text on the fourth day and the text should go out on the third day so 48 hours later. When we rewrote the lead protocol we noticed this. But I saw that you had set it up like this on some of the newer accounts so I thought you had already noticed which is why I hadn't mentioned it. Sorry!
