Client has GMB, said in email they do not know the email to it. Found it and sent a back door request to make it easier.

Okay so after numerous email exchanges and some ingenuity on my part, I was able to claim ownership of this client's GMB page. I have also added Cheryl as manager and info@pellemedicalspa.com as owner.
