Vania J, Medstar Vania - Yes, it's possible but in case someone responds outside GHL to them. Say using a direct call on their phone number. The campaign would still send them a re-engage text.

Vania J, Medstar Vania - We don't need to set up any new trigger or campaign for this thing. We just need to add a new text event for the third day in their core campaign. Please share the re-engage conversation text and I will add it to their both general and the cs service campaign.

If lead replies back via SMS. It wouldn't send this text.
If the client manually moves the lead to either of these stages in the pipeline "Booking confirmed", "Consultations Done" and "services sold".

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  so this is more of an event that would happen after the lead responded, a text conversation occurred between the spa and the lead, and then the lead hasn't responded to the conversation for 3 days. That's why the original trigger for the automatic text messages wouldn't work. Thoughts on how to "reset" the trigger?

Vania J, Medstar Vania - There is no way to reset the triggers in GHL but this may be possible by moving the lead to a separate campaign once a lead has responded. In this campaign, we can add a delay of 3 days if there is no response from the lead during this time. They will receive the re-engage conversation text and if they reply back. It wouldn't send any new text to them. But this method would work only for the first response from the lead to the automated text.

That will depend on how the lead has responded. Here I am assuming you mean the lead has responded by replying to the automated text. For this case. Creating a trigger for it would be the easiest way to move it to a separate campaign.
