Can you please take a look into the Lipo keywords for this CS campaign?
The client sent the following email:
I know Cheryl is extremely worried about her CS business. A few things:
- We discussed some seasonality this year, disposable income is different and closing leads that come in is of utmost importance.
- She disclosed they rely solely on the text/email automation and no one from the office calls. Advised her that this workflow may need to change. Highlighted that they had 8 CS leads come in from website and ads over the weekend. THIS is what led to the “I can’t even see them conversation”
- I tested the lead form on the site for CS and Botox- I received no text message on either of my phones. Is there a glitch with high level right now?
- Advised her to use the lead tracking sheet as well as high level as her two sources of truth re: leads coming in---have to verify, technology doesn’t always do what we want it to
- Highlighted opportunities of pulling internal levers to share CS promos/offers and conversion with some of her current client base. Nor has she leveraged her organic platforms well to highlight it as a part of their service offerings.
- She is working on a Body Event featuring CS and Semaglutide on April 12 I made it clear finalization of what she’s planning has to be sent to your team by today.
- I took a look at the CS google ad campaign. Here’s my 2 cents:
- Campaign looks solid, potential opportunity with LIPO, I know it’s resulted in healthy lead numbers before, maybe there’s a slight shift?
i. Last 30 days, 1 conversion – ad group spent $854ii. Last 45ish, 3 conversions at a cost per conversion of $369, total cost of $1,109.iii. With Allergan’s DTC push now through April, does it make sense to pause this to divert funds into more of the CS related terms? Love to know your thoughts.

What am I looking for here? Last 30 days vs 30 prior there is only 1 less lead on the CS campaign. Only 1 lead of 22 came from LIPO keywords.
