Not sure what is going on but it seems that there's an issue with the time format and few hours differences between the CS forms and the our services forms.
Some are coming out 2022-11-09 1:48:14 and others 11/8/2022 22:24:00
But more importantly, some leads say 11/09 but then below are some coming in AFTER saying 11/08.
Can you see if you can figure out what is wrong?
