are you sure those are credentials for hosting Vania  usually its an email address?

Isaac - we need to get this launched asap. We need to copy over their site, we should already have a back up or we already provided access and you said we could get move it over. we need to move http://pellemedicalspa.com/ to  https://pellemedicalsp.wpengine.com

Do you have the correct password and login

We will need access to their domain registrar to point their domain to new hosting.
